Graduate in Economics and Business from Bocconi University in Milan, I have built 25 years of managerial experience in a multinational company, holding leadership roles in marketing, sales, and business strategy at both the Italian and European levels.

However, my true passion has always been something else: exploring the profound questions of the human being, meaning, relational dynamics, and personal growth. Since 2011, I have chosen to integrate this more humanistic dimension into my path through master’s programs and courses.

In 2011, I attended the Master’s in “Coaching, Communication, and Strategic Problem Solving” at the Center for Strategic Therapy of Giorgio Nardone. In 2016, I obtained the Counselor diploma in Transactional Analysis from the Higher School of Counseling at the Berne Center in Milan: “Transactional Analysis for Relational and Helping Professions” – a three-year Master’s program. In 2020, I graduated as a Professional Coach at the INCOACHING® School, specializing in Evolutionary Coaching®. I am certified in the Brainbow® behavioral model, a practitioner of The Coaching Game Points of You®, and Truster Certified in the OTIS Protocol for measuring and activating trust within organizations.

Today, I combine the skills developed over 25 years of corporate experience with my training in the evolutionary and relational fields. My goal is to facilitate real and sustainable change in both professional and personal life, enhancing the quality of work, well-being, relationships, and performance of individuals and teams.
