I graduated in Philosophy indulging the passion for Thought, and then specializing with a first level Master in Television Direction. For more than fifteen years I have been working as a freelancer for the main Italian networks (Sky, Mediaset, MTV, Discovery, La7, Fox).

Managing and listening to the group, effective communication, great enthusiasm and the creation of a serene and motivated working climate: these are the cornerstones of my directorial work.

The love for meditation (which I have practiced since I was a teenager) led me to deepen and certify myself in Mindfulness (AIM Milan), of which I am a teacher and popularizer. I bring meditation in companies, in private courses and in collaboration with psychiatrists and psychotherapists, working in group and individual paths. I created a digital gym to allow everyone, absolutely everyone, to meditate supported by a guide and a group.

I studied Nonviolent Communication, certifying myself as a facilitator of conflicts, convinced that conflict, in all its forms, is an occasion for an even deeper connection between human beings.
