In our professional life we are called to manage aspects of relationships and communication with colleagues, bosses, collaborators, members of a work group, internal customers, external customers, suppliers, etc …
In the relationship with “others” there are transversal skills and abilities that significantly increase the effectiveness and well-being of professional relationships. Our training will allow you to go a little behind the curtain of human behavior, yours and others, to be able to consciously choose how to act in various professional situations and with which tools to increase your communication and relational effectiveness.
